These Terms govern your use of Gas Price Predictor, operated by Gas Price Predictor. Contact: nationlinksupply@proton.me.

Service

Gas Price Predictor provides manually updated gas price information and gas price alerts for selected Canadian cities and nationwide notices.

No Guarantee

Gas prices can change quickly. Gas Price Predictor does not guarantee that prices, alerts, dates, or station information are always accurate, complete, or current. Users should confirm prices at the station before purchasing fuel.

Subscription

Gas Price Predictor Updates is offered at $3 CAD per month, billed through secure Stripe checkout and renewing monthly until cancelled. You can update your payment method or cancel anytime from your account's billing portal. If subscriptions are later offered through a mobile app store, that store's terms will apply to those purchases.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or copy/resell the data without permission.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gas Price Predictor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on gas price information.

Changes

We may modify these Terms or the app at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
