Information We Do Not Sell

We do not sell user data.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app access, show gas prices and alerts, manage subscriptions, save user preferences, and send important price notifications.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. Gas Price Predictor does not store your full payment card details. If you subscribe through a mobile app store in the future, that store's billing terms will also apply.

Data Retention

We keep account and preference information while your account is active or as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Gas Price Predictor is not intended for children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app or on gaspricepredictor.com.
